ACCESSIBILITY IN LIBBY

LIBBY follows many of the accessibility settings on your phone, tablet, or computer, like larger text, dark mode, and reduced motion. It also has its own settings to make browsing and reading more comfortable.

WHAT YOU CAN ADJUST
  • Text size: In a book, tap the center of the screen, open reading settings, and drag Text scale. Turn on Include accessibility sizes for extra-large text.
  • Lighting: Choose Bright, Sepia, or Dark in reading settings.
  • Audiobook speed: Tap the play speed icon and choose from 0.6x to 3x.
  • Simpler display: Go to Menu > Accessibility to reduce color, text styling, motion, or vibration.
  • Labeled icons: Go to Menu > Navigation and turn on Labeled Icons.
  • Screen readers and keyboards: Libby works with screen readers and supports keyboard navigation.
