How do I access library materials in alternative formats?

To access library materials in alternative formats, such as audiobooks and dyslexic font options, you have several options:

  • Overdrive Libby App: The Overdrive Libby app provides a convenient way to access a wide range of digital materials, including ebooks and audiobooks. The app supports accessibility features on Android and iOS devices, such as enlarged text and compatibility with screen-readers. You can learn more about the app’s accessibility features here.

  • Talking Book Library Program: The library participates in the Arizona State Library’s Talking Book Library Program. This program offers additional resources in Braille and audio formats for eligible individuals with print disabilities. You can find more information about the program here.

If you have specific needs or require further assistance in accessing library materials in alternative formats, our library staff will be more than happy to assist you. Please reach out to us, and we will guide you through the process and provide any necessary support.
