Subject to availability, Community Meeting Rooms designated “A” and “B” may be used combined, at double the single room hourly rate (if/when room rental fees are applicable.)
Maximum Capacity: 113 Persons Available Equipment: LCD, WiFI, Lectern, TV, DVD Hourly Rate* (commercial activities, private social function): $20.00
After Hours use: All after hours events require on-site library contracted security, at the requesting organization’s expense. (21.92 per hour regular/ 32.88 overtime (Sunday))
NOTE: Please avoid last minute requests to prevent double-bookings, and to allow sufficient time for library staff to respond to your request and prepare the room/equipment as needed.
Room requests may submitted no more than 90 days in advance.
