# I have a new library card. Where are my loans and holds from partner libraries?

NEW LIBRARY CARD? FIND YOUR PARTNER LIBRARY LOANS & HOLDS IN LIBBY

Got a new Mohave County Library card? Your loans and holds from partner libraries won't show up until you turn on partner access for your new card. It only takes a few taps.

  TURN ON PARTNER ACCESS

- 1- Tap **Menu**, then **Cards**
- 2- If needed, use the library drop-down to choose **Mohave County Library District**
- 3- On your card, tap the **Actions** button (•••), then **Partner Libraries**
- 4- Tap **Enable** next to each partner library where you have loans or holds

That's it! Your loans and holds from those libraries will now appear on your **Shelf**.

***Tip:** If your old card is still in LIBBY, remove it. Go to **Menu > Cards**, tap the old card's **Actions** button, then **Remove Card**.*
