# Devices, Compatibility and Syncing in Libby

DEVICES, COMPATIBILITY & SYNCING IN LIBBY

Here's where you can use LIBBY and how to keep your books in sync across devices.

  WHERE LIBBY WORKS

- **iPhone & iPad:** iOS 10 or later, from the App Store
- **Android:** version 7.1 or later, from Google Play
- **Amazon Fire tablets:** newer models, from the Amazon Appstore
- **Computers & Chromebooks:** go to **libbyapp.com** in the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge

   USING LIBBY ON ANOTHER DEVICE

Copy your library cards, loans, holds, and tags to a new device, and they'll stay in sync.

- 1- On the new device, open Libby and say **yes** when it asks if you have a library card
- 2- Choose to **recover your data**
- 3- If you set up a recovery passkey, tap **Recover With Passkey**. Otherwise, tap **Display Setup Code**
- 4- For a setup code: on your original device, go to **Menu > Copy To Another Device** and enter the code
- 5- Pick your library and start browsing
